Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care

The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care prepares people to work in a range of early childhood education settings within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. Students will learn to:

  • implement approved learning frameworks
  • support children’s well being, learning and development

Students will be involved in theory and practical training to gain the qualification as the training is offered through blended delivery strategies with integrated E-learning and work place delivery and assessment.

Qualification Structure and Course Content

The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care focuses on providing the practical skills and knowledge through integrated institutional and host industry partner pathways. The course content is divided into three modules.

Module A: Legislation, Policy & Safety
